摘要
以剖析高职高专哲社科研中"只参不研"现象的成因入手,分析其危害及对高职高专发展的影响,提出了建立和完善科研管理机制、加强教师学术道德教育及把学术道德纳入年度任职考核的建议。
Based on dissection the masons of "just participation, no research" phenomenon in the higher vocational colleges on philosophy and society research filed, the article analyses the disservice and influence of the higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some strategies,such as constructing and consummeating the scientific research administrative mechanism; strengthening the teacher's academic ethical education;including the teacher's academic ethics into annual examination.
