法治视野下学生会参与高校管理的理性思考

The Reasonable Thought about Student Union to Participate in the College Management on the Perspective of the Rule of Law

学生会作为在学校党政领导下和学校团组织指导下的全校学生的群众性自治组织,担当着党和学校联系学生的纽带及学生利益的代言人的使命,应该确认其在高校管理中的主体地位。学生会不仅对于高校管理民主法治化、促进高校民主管理制度建设起着重要的作用,而且还是维护学生合法权益和实现学生自我管理的有效保障。

Student union is a self- government organization under the guide of the Party and the Communist Youth League. Because it has the task to tie- up and be on behalf of students,it should be accepted as a significant part of the college management. Student union could not only improve the democracy of the management by law, but also safeguards the right of student and helps to realize the self- government of student.
