摘要
在快速试验上对AgCdO和AgsnO2触头材料进行了大量分断电弧侵蚀试验.利用扫描电镜(SEM)对熔层表面进行微观测试,并且利用能量扩散式X射线衍射仪(EDAX)对熔层表面进行成份分析.研究了熔层表面的微观组织结构;分析了触头气孔的形成机理和裂纹的产生原因与抑制途径,探讨了触头的耐电弧侵蚀能力与熔层组织结构的关系.研究发现,随着电弧作用次数增加,银基触头材料熔层组织结构经历调整态和准稳定态两个阶段,准稳定态阶段中Ag与第二相组元的含量比例稳定在一定范围.
The experiments on the erosion behavior of AgCdO and AgSnO, contacts by breakingarcs are carried out in an accelerated testing machine. the surface of melting range was exam-ined by SEM, and the element compositions of the surface are analyzed by EDAX. The mi-crostructure and the composition of the surface of melting range are studied. The hole andcracking mechanism is consldered. Finally, the mechanism of arc erosion and microstructureas well as the composition of the surface of melting range are discussed. it is found that withthe increasing of operations, the ratio of Ag to secondary component becomes much morestable and only fluctuate in a certain
