引伸破裂的机理

The Mechanism of Drawing Breakage

引伸工艺为工业设计提供了许多造型的方法，克服引伸的破裂也就扩大了工业设计的造型途径。该文从引伸变形的过程着手，讨论了引伸时材料厚度和硬度的变化，对引伸进行了成形性的力学分析，对引伸破裂的机理给予了初步归纳。

Drawing technology provides lots of methods of moulding for industry design.If the form of breakage caused by drawing deformation can be overcome,then the ways of ID's moulding are explanded.On the basis of the process of drawing deformation,the changes of plate material's thickness and hardness is discused in this paper.The formal mechanics analysis of drawing for mation is made,and a preliminary summary of the mechanism of drawing breakage is presented.
