摘要
简单介绍了柔性加工系统(FMS)的概念和组成,以及本系统中装卸工作站的要求。归纳了工业设计理论发展、充实、完善的过程。提出了现代工业设计应遵循工业设计三原则,针对不同产品,从里到外,从外到里,反复设计的观点。论述了这一设计理论在FMS装卸工作站设计中的实践。最后说明实践成果。
In this paper ,a brief account was given as to the definitions and the components of the flexible manufactory system,and the requirements of the loading station in this system.The process of developing ,enriching, and perfecting the industrial design theories was summarized.It pointed out the view of three industrial design principles that should be followed by the modern industrial designers and the view of alternative designing for the different products from out to inor vice versa.It focused on the pratice of applying this design theory in the design process of the FMS loading station.Finally it displayed the positive application results.
