Sintering broken fuel control system based on Profibus-DP

介绍Profibus-DP现场总线的主要特点、基本功能,并结合系统结构框图阐述该总线技术在烧结燃料破碎控制系统中的应用,包括系统硬件构成、软件组态及监控系统设计。通过与传统采用PLC点到点硬接线方式的烧结燃料破碎控制系统相比较,采用Profibus-DP现场总线的优越性比较显著。

This paper introduces the main characteristics and the basic function of Profibus-DP.According to the system structure,it presentes the application of Profibus-DP in the sintering broken fuel control system,including the design of system hardware,software configuration and monitoring system.By making a comparison between this system and the traditional system with PLC point-to-point connection mode,the system with Profibus-DP connection mode summarizes the superiority of Profibus-DP.
