摘要
阵列照明器及微透镜阵列均可以用体全息实现,该方法要求记录体全息时尽可能保持记录平面光强均匀,使被记录模板的信息主要由物波的位相分布携带.本文探讨和分析了模板尺寸、模板空间频率、象元大小及形状、人射光角度等对记录平面的位置及光强均匀性的影响.还给出在满足消象散记录条件的斜入射及圆形孔径模板情况下的计算机模拟结果.
Array illuminator and micro-lens can be implemented by means of volume holography, which requires an even light intensity of the object beam on the recording plane during the recording process, so that the message about the mask to be recorded will be carried mainly by the phase distribution of the object beam. In this paper some discussion and analysis about how the recording position and the homogeneity of light intensity are affected by some recording parameters, such as the dimension and the spatial frequency of the mask, size and shape of the pixels and illuminating angle are given. The computer-simulated results for non-normal incidence and circular apertures of the mask under the abberationless condition are specially presented.
