摘要
本文采用速效磷和全磷测定及扫描电镜观察的方法,对液体法培养的用于制备微生物肥料的磷细菌的溶磷作用进行了研究.研究结果表明,9320-SD系列菌可使含磷矿粉的液体培养基中的速效磷量增加19.35~1985.45μmol/L;使含磷矿粉的液体培养基上清液中的全磷量增加0.97~32.42mmol/L.扫描电镜观察培养液中磷矿粉,可见由9320-SD系列菌溶解磷而形成的空洞和裂隙.
The phosphorus dissolving action of phosphorus bacteria cultured in liquid medium was studied by the instant phosphorus assay, the whole phosphorus assay and the observation of SEM. The results indicate that the phosphorus bacteria can increase instant phosphorus and the whole phosphorus of powdered rock phosphate in liquid medium in a range of 0. 61μg/mL-1 to 61. 55μg/mL-1 and 30pg/mL-1 to 1005μg. mL-1, respectively.Cavities and traces of phosphorus dissolving by this bacteria can be seen by SEM.
