摘要
用富集培养法从工业废水中分离到一株能以水杨酸为唯一碳源和能源的产碱杆菌(Alcaligenssp.)SB1.该菌株在优化培养条件下对水杨酸的降解率可达99%以上.此外,它还能降解间羟基苯甲酸、对羟基苯甲酸和邻苯二甲酸,对氨苄青霉素(Ap)、链霉素(Sm)和氯霉素(Cm)具有抗性,含有一个大质粒.
Alcaligens sp. strain SB1 was isolated from industrial waste by enrichment culture and shown to utilize salicylate as the sole carbon and energy sources for its growth. The strain was also shown to be capable of degrading m-hydroxybenzoic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and o-phthalic acid; resisting ampicillin, streptomycin and chloramphenicol; harboring a large plasmid. The salicylate-degrading rate of the strain in optimum conditions was more than 99%.
