金葡素联合顺铂腔内治疗恶性积液疗效观察

Intracavitary infusion treatment of malignant effusion in body cavity with highly agglutinated staphytococcin plus cisplatin

目的:观察金葡素联合顺铂局部腔内注射治疗晚期肿瘤所致恶性体腔积液的近期疗效和毒性反应。方法:40例晚期肿瘤伴有恶性体腔积液的患者,局部抽出积液后注射金葡素10支及化疗药物顺铂60mg,所有患者完成局部治疗1～2个疗程,2次用药间隙时间为21～28d。全身化疗一般在局部治疗后一周进行,共治疗1～6个疗程。结果:40例患者中完全缓解12例,部分缓解18例,无效10例,有效率为75%。毒性反应主要为局部疼痛、发热、恶心、呕吐等消化系统症状及骨髓抑制。结论:金葡素联合顺铂局部腔内注射治疗晚期肿瘤所致恶性体腔积液安全有效。

Objective To observe the acute effects and side-effects of intracavitary infusion with natural growth factor plus cisplatin in treating malignant effusion in body cavity.Methods 40 cases with advanced or metastatic cancer and malignant effusion in body cavity that were treated by local intracavitary injection with natural growth factor plus cisplatin and systemic chemotherapy.The treatment schedule was recycled every 21-28 days and the local and systemic treatment were given 1-2 and 1-6 cycles,respectively.Results The total response rate was 75 % in which 12 got CR and 18 got PR.The major toxic effects were local pain,fever,gastrointestinal tract reactions and myelosupression.Conclusions Intracavitary infusion with natural growth factor plus cisplatin in treating malignant effusion in body cavity combined with systemic chemotherapy are effective in the treatment of advanced or metastatic cancers,and its toxicity reaction is tolerable.
