重症急性胰腺炎早期肠内营养支持的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)是临床上较为常见的危急重症,病情凶险,并发症多,病死率高。SAP时由于应激作用及在多种细胞因子、炎性物质介导下,代谢改变具有高分解代谢的特征,代谢率明显增加,负氮平衡严重,且由于SAP时为使"胰腺休息",以减少胰腺的外分泌,禁食时间较长,易发生肠源性的细菌移位继发感染,加之机体营养状况迅速恶化,进一步加重感染等并发症的发生,病死率增加[1]。
