目的对《药品管理法》第五十九条进行探讨并提出修改建议。方法结合相关法律法规,对药品商业贿赂行为进行界定。结果与结论药品商业贿赂行为必须以法律的形式加以规制,并废除《药品管理法实施条例》第八十五条。

Objective This paper discussed on the 59th Article of the Drug Administration Law and Proposed changes.Methods With relevant laws and regulations on the pharmaceutical business to define bribery.Results and Conclusions Drug commercial bribery must be in the form of law to be regulated and to repeal the 85th Article of implementing regulations.
