摘要
本文在分析二值BiCMOS电路及“开关信号理论”的基础上,用开关级设计方法提出了新的三值BiCMOS电路.与CMOS三值电路相比,新的电路的驱动能力明显要强得多。
By analysing the traditional BiCMOS circuits and “the switch signal theory”,this paper presents new ternary BiCMOS circuits.Compared with conventional CMOS ternary circuits,the new circuits have higher driving capability and are faster to drive high capacitive loads.With the practical design in this paper,it is shown that “the switch signal theory” can also be used to design BiCMOS logic circuits and can get circuits with simpler structure.
