摘要
本文报导了以甲苯胺兰(TB)键合修饰浸蜡石墨电极为基体电极,用再生丝素将葡萄糖脱氢酶(GDH)、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷(NAD+)固定在基体电极表面,构成葡萄糖脱氢酶传感器.在pH=7.6的NaOHKH2PO4介质中,该传感器与葡萄糖浓度在2.0×10-5~5.4×10-4mol·L-1范围内有良好的线性关系,响应时间为20s.本文讨论了影响传感器响应电流的各种因素和测定葡萄糖的最佳条件.用此传感器测定了人血清中葡萄糖含量,与酶法结果一致.
An amperometric glucose dehydrogenase biosensor was reported. It is made up of Toluidine Blue(TB) modified graphite electrode of immerse wax and enzyme film of regenerated silk fibroin was employed to immobilize glucose dehydrogenase(GDH)、nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NAD +). In pH=7.6 NaOH-KH 2PO 4 medium, the biosensor has a linear response in the range of 2.0×10 -5 ~5.4×10 -4 mol·L -1 for concentration of glucose. The response time is 20s. The factors affcting the response current of sensor and optimal condition for the determination of glucose have been discussed. The sensor has been used to detect the concentration of glucose in human serum and the result conform to those obtained by enzyme analytical method.
