摘要
荔枝草用乙酸乙酯提取,去溶剂,得原提物3.0%.然后再分别用石油醚、乙醚、丙酮和乙醇依次溶解,各占原提物的51.7%,32,6%,8.1%和3.7%.各组分的抗氧化活性依次降低:乙醚溶解部分>原提物部分>石油醚部分>丙酮部分乙醇部分.当浓度在0.08%以下时,BHA的抗氧化活性大于乙醚溶解部分的;当浓度在0.08%以上时,BHA的抗氧化活性小于乙醚溶解部分的.将原提物及其乙醚部分和石油醚部分分成酸性、弱酸性、酚性和中性四个部分,它们的抗氧化活性也进行了比较.
Dry Salvia plebeia powder was extracted with ethyl acetate. The solvent was removed. 3.0% Raw extract based on the powder was obtained. The extract was then extracted with petroleum, diethyl ether, acetone and ethanol respetively. The matters accounted on 51.7, 31.6, 8.1 and 3.7% of the raw extract separately. Their antioxidant activity decreased in order as following: diethyl ether part>raw extract>petroleum ether part>acetone part>ethanol part. As the concentrations were below 0.08%, the antioxidant activity of BHA was stronger than that of diethyl ether part; as above 0.08%, it was weaker than diethyl ether part. The raw extract, diethyl ether part and petroleum ether part were further separated into acidic, weak acidic, phenolic and neutral parts. The antioxidant activity of these parts was compared.
