摘要 分析了玉米和番茄种子发芽过程中植酸酶活性的动态变化与无机磷酸释放量的关系.结果表明,植酸酶活性变化与贮藏态磷释放量密切正相关,这种贮藏态营养的再动员对种子萌发和幼苗生长具有重要意义. In the process of seed germination,the change profile of phytase activity, total amount of protein and increase of phosphate concentration are compatible in maize and tomato plants.The phytase activity shows to be increase first to a peak, then decrease gradually. There is a correspond of the phytase activity with increase of phosphate concentration, but not with the amount of total proteins.The results suggest that the mobilization of phytate by phytase activity is a main way to increase the inorganic phosphate supply in seed germination,which is important to the seed germination and seedlings growth.
