摘要
进行了采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)固定化红曲霉细胞和游离红曲霉细胞发酵生产红曲色素的比较研究.实验结果表明:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体固定化细胞颗粒机械强度高,产色素高,尤其通过添加话性碳解除产物抑制作用后,固定化细胞发酵产色素比游离细胞提高90.4%.
Comparing study of immobilized monascus cells using PVA with free cells fermentation is described .The results show that the strength of immobilized cell particles with PVA is good and immobilized cell fermntation is more effective than free cell fermentation.Especially after product respression being detached with activated carbon, the pigmentation of immobilized cell using PVA fermentaion is improved more than 90.4% than the fermentaion of free cell.
