摘要
目的探讨脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)基因第6内含子PvuⅡ位点多态性与飞行员高脂血症的关联性。方法采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性方法检测87例飞行员高脂血症患者和79例血脂正常飞行员LPL基因第6内含子PvuⅡ位点多态性,并与血脂水平的关联进行对照研究。结果飞行员高脂血症组和血脂正常组的三种基因型P+P+、P+P-和P-P-及等位基因P+和P-构成比差异有显著性(P<0.01),高脂血症组P+P+基因型和P+等位基因明显高于正常血脂组。高脂血症组P+P+基因型者血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平明显高于P+P-和P-P-基因型,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平则降低(P<0.0 1)。结论LPL基因第6内含子PvuⅡ位点多态性与飞行员高脂血症相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between PvuⅡsite polymorphism in intron 6 of lipoprotein lipase(LPL) gene and hyperlipidaemia of pilots.Methods PvuⅡsite polymorphism in intron 6 of lipoprotein lipase(LPL) gene was assayed by polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragments length polymorphism on 87 hyperlipidaemia and 79 control subjects of pilots.Results There were the significant difference in genotypes and alleles frequency of PvuⅡsite in intron 6 of LPL gene between hyperlipidaemia and control subjects of pilots.P+P+ genotype and P+ alleles frequency of hyperlipidemia group is higher than that of the control group.The levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) of P+P+ genotype were higher than that of P+P-and P-P-genotypes in hyperlipidemia group,while the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was lower.Conclusion PvuⅡsite polymorphism in intron 6 of lipoprotein lipase(LPL) gene is significantly associated with hyperlipidaemia of pilots.
