剖宫产率增高的影响因素探讨

Effect of Social and Mental Factors on Regional Pregnant Women for Elective Cesarean Section

目的分析衡阳地区孕妇选择剖宫产术的影响因素,探讨降低剖宫产率的措施。方法调查无医学剖宫产指征直接选择剖宫产的560例孕妇。结果孕妇夫妻年龄差、产前体重、胎儿体重、对不同分娩方式的认知和态度、心理状态、孕期行为的比较,剖宫产组与阴道分娩组孕妇差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇夫妻年龄差大、产前体重大、估计胎儿体重大、选择吉日分娩、无再生育计划、不坚持适宜保健运动和家务劳动、孕期与朋友交往少、认为剖宫产手术时间短、安全、缺乏阴道分娩信心的孕妇多选择剖宫产分娩。

Objective To study effect of social and mental factors on the regional pregnant women for elective CS without medical indication,to find means to decrease the rate of CS.Methods 560 pregnant women were served as subjects,they had selected CS without vaginal trail-produce,and they were convinced having non-medical cesarean section dictation after labor.Results We investigated many factors including： the interval age between husband and wife,education level,antenatal weight,estimating fetal weight,their ideas to two delivery mode,mentality and doing during pregnancy.Through analysis,there were statistical differences in the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The interval magnificent age between husband and wife,antenatal weight and estimating fetal weight bigger,choosing auspicious birth day,no reprocreate plan again,without feasible exercise body and doing housework during pregnancy,lacking friend meeting,thinking shorter of CS operating duration and safety of CS,lacking confidence of delivery,pregnant women with above factor in this region were prone to cesarean section delivery.
