肾盂淋巴上皮瘤样癌的病理诊断(附1例报告并文献复习) 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨肾盂的淋巴上皮瘤样癌(LELC)的临床病理特征。方法对1例肾盂淋巴上皮瘤样癌临床资料、病理形态学、免疫组化进行分析并复习文献。结果组织形态类似于鼻咽部淋巴上皮瘤样癌;免疫组化:肿瘤细胞CK7阳性,CK20阴性,CEA呈灶状阳性,EBV阴性。结论肾盂淋巴上皮瘤样癌是极罕见的肿瘤,预后较好,类似于鼻咽部淋巴上皮瘤样癌的典型组织学形态是诊断的主要依据。 Objective To explore the clinicopathologic feature of Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma（LELC） of renal pelvis.Methods One case of LELC was analyzed by clinical data,pathomorphology and immunohistochemistry,and relative literature was reviewed.Results Morphological similarity to nasopharyngeal LELC was found.Immunohistochemically,tumor cells were positive for CK7,focally positive for CEA and negative for CK20 and Epstein-Barr virus（EBV）.Conclusion With a good clinical prognosis,extremely rare LELC of renal pelvis is histologically similar to nasopharyngeal LELC,which is the main basis for diagnosis.
