节点电压灵敏度序列守恒定理及其软硬故障统一诊断字典法

Theorem of Conservation of the Node Voltage Sensitivity Order and Its Application in Analog Circuit Fault Dictionary

提出并证明了线性模拟电路中的两个重要定理：节点电压灵敏度序列守恒定理和节点电压变化序列守恒定理，并以此为理论基础提出了新的模拟电路软硬故障统一诊断字典法．该方法只用一个故障特征码即可诊断任一元件发生的任何软、硬故障，且字典规模仅为原来硬故障字典的一半．

Two theorems in linear circuits are presented and proved in this paper. One is the theorem of conservation of the node voltag sensitivity order, the other is the theorem of conservation of node voltage change order. Based on the theorems, a new approach——the hard and soft fault dictionary for analog circuits is presented. Only using one fault characteristic code, this method can determine hard or soft fault which is caused by any element parameter. The size of the dictionary only is half of the size of the former hard fault dectionary.
