尿转铁蛋白在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 采用激光免疫比浊法测定75例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)病人尿转铁蛋白排泄率(UTER)。结果表明:临床蛋白尿组及微量白蛋白尿组UTER升高率分别为100%、962%,而在尿白蛋白正常组,UTER升高率仍可达250%,与尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)升高率比较,差异有非常显著意义(χ2=71,P<001)。 Laser-immune-nephelometry was used to determine urinary transferrin excretion rate (UTER) in 75 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellifus (NIDDM) It was shown that the ratios of increased UTER in the group with clinical proteinuria and the group with minimal albuminuria were 100% and 962%, respectively Even in the group with normal urinary albumin excretion the positive rate of elevated UTER was 250%, which was significantly higher than the ratio of increased urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) (χ2=812, P<001) It is concluded that the UTER is a sensitive index in diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy in early stage
