摘要
为探讨免疫组化方法对石蜡包埋组织内吗啡检测的可行性，本实验对吗啡依赖大鼠及已知吗啡依赖人体石蜡包埋组织进行免疫组化检测。结果发现吗啡依赖大鼠及人体组织均呈阳性结果。
We investigated the possibility of detecting morphine in paraffin embeded tissues of morphine chronically poisoned rats and morphine addicts with immunohistochemical method. The result showed that positive staining occurred in both rats and human addicts. It suggests that immunohistochemistry method is practicable in detecting morphine in paraffin embeded tissues.
