摘要
目的··：测定防醉胶囊对小白鼠全血中乙醇含量的影响。方法··：采用气相色谱法测定防醉胶囊对小白鼠酒后３０－１８０ｍｉｎ内不同时间全血乙醇含量的变化。结果··：给防醉胶囊的实验组在４个时间点血液中乙醇浓度都显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），酒后３０－１８０ｍｉｎ内，给药组曲线大幅度降低。结论··：防醉胶囊可有效降低血液中乙醇含量，从而起到防醉。
Objective: To evaluate the influence of Fangzui capsule on the plasma concentration of alcohol in mice. Method: Use HPLC to evaluate the influence of Fangzui capsule upon the plasma concentration in mice. Result: The plasma concentration of alcohol of the Fangzui capsule group at 4 different points of time was obviously lower than that in control group. From 30 to 180 minutes after alcohol consumption, the curve of the Fangzui capsule group dropped dramatically. Conclusion: Fangzui capsule can decrease the plasma concentration of alcohol.
