目的··：观察海洛因滥用与戒断对嗜酒行为的影响，探讨相互作用的机制。方法··：用自拟问卷调查１５７例嗜酒的海洛因依赖者。结果··：发现海洛因滥用明显抑制嗜酒行为，嗜酒行为与毒品滥用行为呈现反向互动变化。结论··：海洛因滥用时饮酒量减少，甚至停止饮酒。
Objective: To investigate the effect of heroin use on alcohol consumption and explore the biological mechanism of alcohol preference. Method:157 cases of alcoholics with concurrent heroin dependence were investigated with a self-design questionaire. Result: Heroin use markedly inhibited alcohol-preferring behavior. There was reverse interaction between alcohol consumption and heroin use. Conclusion: The alcohol drinking behaviour became less and less while abusing heroin, and increased gradually after withdrawal from heroin.
