“清解合剂”治疗急性上呼吸道感染风热证的疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic efficacy of Qingjie Mixture on acute upper respiratory infection in windheat type

目的：探讨自制中药复方“清解合剂”对急性上呼吸道感染风热证的临床疗效，以筛选治疗急性上呼吸道感染风热证的简便、廉价的有效药物。方法：以“清解合剂”治疗急性上呼吸道感染风热证患者２４８例（治疗组），并与双黄连口服液治疗１２０例（对照Ａ组）、正柴胡饮冲剂加清热解毒口服液治疗１１６例（对照Ｂ组）分别进行临床疗效比较。结果：治疗组治愈显效率（８５．１％）高于对照Ａ组（７４．１％，Ｐ＜０．０５）和对照Ｂ组（６８．１％，Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗第１日治疗组体温降至正常者（７１．２％）明显高于对照Ａ组（４８．９％，Ｐ＜０．０１）和对照Ｂ组（５１．５％，Ｐ＜０．０１）；经动物毒理实验和长期临床应用未发现毒副作用。结论：“清解合剂”是治疗急性上呼吸道感染风热证疗效高、退热快、价格低、无毒副作用的复方中药制剂。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy of selfmade composite Qingjie Mixture (清解合剂) on acute upper respiratory infection (AURI) in windheat type,then to screen the simple,cheap and effective drug for treating AURI in windheat type.Methods:The treatment group (248 cases ) was treated with Qingjie Mixture;the control group A (120 cases) was treated with Shuang Huanglian Liquor (双黄连口服液) and control group B (116 cases) was treated with Zheng Chaihu Yin Instant Granules(正柴胡饮冲剂) and Qingre Jiedu Liquor(清热解毒口服液),then to compare the therapeutic efficacy between treatment group and control group.Results:The obvious effective rate of treatment group was 85 1%,it was higher than control group A(74 1%, P <0 05) and control group B(68 1%, P <0 01);in treatment group,71 2% patients′ temperature was decreased to normal at first day after therapy,it were obviously higher than control group A (48 9%, P <0 01) and control group B (51 5%, P <0 01).Additionally,the animal toxicologic experiment and clinical practice were showed that Qingjie Mixture had no toxicside effect.Conclusions:Qingjie Mixture is a composite traditional Chinese drug that is possess of some benefits including better efficacy,temperature return to normal rapidly,cheap and no sideeffect in treating AURI in windheat type.
