超声引导经皮脾内无水酒精注射治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜

Treatment of Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura by Percutaneous Intrasplenic Injection of Anhydrous Alcohol under Ultrasound Guidance

报道６例超声引导经皮脾内无水酒精注射治疗原发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床应用的有效性，旨在评价其临床应用价值。结果表明：①治疗前后脾脏体积指数明显减少（Ｐ值＜０．０１），血中血小板数量明显增加（Ｐ值＜０．００１）；②临床症状明显改善，无严重并发症发生。

Percutaneous intrasplenic injection of anhydrous alcohol under ultrasound guidance was performed in 6 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura to assess its clinical efficacy. The results showed that① splenic volume index decreased (P<0.01) and the number of thrombocytes in the blood increased (P<0.001) after treatment; ②clinical symptoms were improved, no serious complication was found. It is suggested that the method is effective for the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
