塞利洛尔的半年降压效果及安全性研究

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF CELIPROLOL DURING TREATMENT OF HYPERTENSION FOR SIX MONTHS

目的：观察降压新药塞利洛尔长期用药的疗效及安全性。方法：符合入选条件的高血压病患者６１例，服用塞利洛尔１００～３００ｍｇ／ｄ共６周，进行为期半年的服药观察。结果：收缩压及舒张压分别下降１８．１～２０．９ｍｍＨｇ及１５．０～１７．３ｍｍＨｇ，心率无明显变化，各项生化指标亦无明显改变，未见明显不良反应。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of celiprolol during long term use.METHODS: 61 patients with hypertansion were recruited according to the established criteria.They were treated with 100～300 mg celiprolol for 6 weeks and then they were observed for 6 months. RESULTS: The SBP and DBP of the patients were reduced by 18.1～20.9 mmHg and 15.0～17.3 mmHg respectively and no changes in heart rate,urine,blood parameters and adverse effect were observed during the study.CONCLUSION:Celiprolol is an effective and safe agent for treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.
