路盖克治疗各类头痛的效果

OBSERVATION ON THE EFFECTS OF PARACETAMOL TABLETS CONTAINING DIHYDROCODEINE TARTRATE IN TREATMENT OF HEADACHES

目的：观察路盖克治疗各类头痛的效果。方法：采用路盖克，ｐｏ，２片／次，ｑｄ，治疗各类头痛患者４９例。结果：路盖克对无先兆偏头痛、紧张型头痛、颅神经痛、鼻及鼻副窦引起的头痛均有良好的镇痛作用，头痛完全缓解为２３例（４６．９％）；明显缓解者为９例（１８．４％）；中度缓解者为７列（１４．３％）；轻度缓解者为７例（１４．３％）；未缓解者为３例（６．１％）；总有效率为９３．９％；未发现明显的副作用。结论：路盖克是一种安全。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the analgesic effect of galake tablets (each tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg and dihydrocodeine tartrate 10 mg )in treatment of headaches.METHODS:49 patients with headaches were recruited into the self case controlled study.They were treated with galake in a dose of 2 tablets/day.RESULTS:The study indicated that galake tablets are effective in treatment of migraine without aura, tensinon type headache,cranial neuralgia and nose and sinus headache,The response rates were:complete relief 46.9%(23);obvious relief 18.4%(9);moderate relief 14.3%(7);mild relief 14.3%(7);and no relief 6.1%(3).CONCLUSIONS:Galake is a safe and effective drug in treatment of various headaches.
