摘要
采用变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及硝酸银染色技术分析了βENaCGT1的扩增长度片段多态性与盐敏感性高血压间遗传相关性。结果,在盐敏感性高血压人群中S1S4基因型明显降低,S3S4基因型明显增高,关联分析显示S1S4与盐敏感性高血压呈负相关(RR=029),S3S4与盐敏感性高血压呈正相关(RR=752)。这一结果提示,在βENaCGT1位点所在的16p12~p13染色体区域可能存在盐敏感性高血压的易感基因。
In this paper,the genetic association of salt sensitive hypertension with polymorphism of βENaCGT 1 was analyzed.The results showed that the βENaCGT 1 loci Amp FLP were associated with salt sensitive hypertension.Compared the frequencies of βENaCGT 1 loci Amp FLP in groups of SS,NSS and controls,the phenotype S1 S2 was decreased significantly(χ 2=8 25,P<0 01)in patients with salt sensitive hypertension,and S3 S4 phenotype was increased significantly in SS group(χ 2=4 36,P<0 05).The association study showed that there was a positive association between SS and S3 S4 phenotype(RR=7 52),therefor the S1 S2 phenotype negative association with SS was found (RR=0 29).These results suggested that there may be some genes that related to salt sensitive hypertension in βENaCGT 1 loci 16p12 p13.
