不健康的饲养方式导致动物福利的缺失 被引量:2

摘要 近期发生的甲型H1N1流感已经肆虐全球近50个国家,到目前为止公开报道已造成100多人死亡,由此引起的经济损失及社会影响难以估量;联想到近几年出现的SARS、疯牛病、禽流感和猪链球菌病等事件表明,怎样为人类提供健康、安全、无污染的食品成为广大消费者关注的焦点!在日益强调食品安全的大潮流下,如何正确对待动物和科学利用畜禽产品已成为一个不可回避的话题。
