摘要 大量研究表明,运动员通过饮食摄取适量的营养素是保证运动训练和比赛顺利完成的重要条件之一〔1~4〕。为了解中国赛艇女运动员的膳食状况,我们对中国赛艇女队运动员的膳食进行了调查和分析。1调查对象和方法11调查对象中国赛艇女队15名运动员,平均年龄23±... To understand the nutritional level of rowing athletes'diet and provide them for balanced diet,the diet was invastigated and analyzed.The results showed that the majority of nutrients including protein,Fe,Zn,VB2,VPP,VC were adequate in quantity and quality.But the energy from fat was up to 33% which was higher than that of RDA.The average intake of cholesteral is 2 times higher than the recommended amount.The intake of carbohydrate was relatively not adequate to the demend,since the energy from carbohgdrate was 84% of RDA.The supply of bean,milk,Calcium,Phosphorus,VB 1 is also not adequate.These results indicated that the athletes need to increase the intake of grain which is rich in carbohydrate and limit the intake of fat.We recommond that the athletes should increase the intake of food with high levels of Calcium,VB 1 such as milk,beans,dry small shrimps,Kelp,seame paste and so on and give up the habit of eating before sleep.
