降钙素基因相关肽对缺血心肌有效不应期和丙二醛的影响

摘要 将15只家兔随机分组观察CGRP对心肌缺血后有效不应期和丙二醛的影响,发现:1.心肌缺血后缺血边缘区有效不应期缩短,缺血中心区有效不应期延长,不应期的离散度增加;2.结扎冠脉的同时给予CGRP则缺血边缘区有效不应期无明显变化,而缺血中心区有效不应期缩短,呈单纯心肌缺血时边缘区的变化,不应期离散度减少;3.CGRP可使缺血组织中的丙二醛减少。提示:CGRP可以改善缺血所引起的有效不应期及其离散度的变化,降低缺血后心肌组织中氧自由基的产生。 By randomizing, 15 rabbits were given either Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide(CGRP (n = 7) or saline (n = 8) after ligating the coronary artery. We found: 1. After ligation , the effective refractory period of the saline group at 15 min is shorter and not significant at other times in the border ischemic zone, the CGRP group showed no significant change all the time. 2. In the center ischemic zone, the effective refractory period of saline group at 15 min after ligation is longer and showed no signification at 15min but the CGRP group at 45 min after ligation is shorter and cantal no signification in other times. 3. The degree of dispersion of effective refractory perild in the saline group is greater than the CGRP group. 4. The myocardial MDA of saline group is more than that of CGRP group. This suggest that CGRP can reduce the degree of dispersion of effective refractory period and clear up the oxygen free radical in the myocardium, which may result from reperfuseon of the coronary flow.
