牛黄天龙方药对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响及其抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

Experimental study of the effect of Niuhuangtianlong prescription on the immunological function in mice with tumor and its anti-tumor effect

目的了解中药复方牛黄天龙方药对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能方面的影响。方法建立H22荷瘤小鼠模型;分高、中、低3个剂量组灌胃给药,疗程结束后,取小鼠血清,检测白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平;分离脾细胞培养,测定自然杀伤细胞(NK),淋巴因子活化杀伤细胞(LAK)活性;分离脾细胞检测T淋巴细胞亚群。结果牛黄天龙方药具有明显增强H22荷瘤小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用并可延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间(P<0.05)。结论牛黄天龙方药对H22荷瘤小鼠具有显著免疫调节的抗肿瘤作用。

Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect and immunological function of compound Niuhuangtianlong prescription. Methods The tumor model of mice transplanted with liver cancer （H22） was set up;the anti-tumor effect and effect of prolonging life by compound Niuhuangtianlong prescription was observed. The immunological parameters including NK and LAK activity, the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α, and the sungroup of lymphocyte were detected by immunological methods. Results The compound Niuhuangtianlong prescription could significantly enhance the immunological function of mice with H22 tumor and could obviously prolong the life of mice with liver cancer （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The compound Niuhuangtianlong prescription has obvious antitumor effect and may increase immunological function of organism.
