摘要
把高分辨电子显微学与电子衍射相结合,通过像的解卷和相位外推两步的图像处理技术,可以把任意离焦条件的单张高分辨电子显微像转换成结构像,最终像的分辨率可达电子衍射分辨极限,从而分辨出全部原子[1]。应用此技术已测定了一些晶体结构[1]。本文用这种图像处理...
