摘要
介绍钢球磨煤机智能控制器的硬件结构和软件设计。硬件以 8031单片机为核心构成计算机系统;软件采用DMC(动态矩阵控制)-PID串级控制。在硬件和软件的设计中采取了多种抗干扰措施。实验结果表明,该装置具有良好的控制性能,有推广价值。
This paper introduces the hardware structure and software design of the intellective computer- based controller for the ball mill. The hardware of the controller is comprised by a 8031 single- chip computer. The controller uses the method of Dy- namic Matrix Control (DMC)-PID cascade control. Several antijamming methods are used in the design of the hardware and software. The experiments show that the controller achieves a very good effect.
