钢球磨煤机智能控制器的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTIVE CONTROLLER FOR BALL MILL

介绍钢球磨煤机智能控制器的硬件结构和软件设计。硬件以 ８０３１单片机为核心构成计算机系统；软件采用ＤＭＣ（动态矩阵控制）－ＰＩＤ串级控制。在硬件和软件的设计中采取了多种抗干扰措施。实验结果表明，该装置具有良好的控制性能，有推广价值。

This paper introduces the hardware structure and software design of the intellective computer- based controller for the ball mill. The hardware of the controller is comprised by a 8031 single- chip computer. The controller uses the method of Dy- namic Matrix Control (DMC)-PID cascade control. Several antijamming methods are used in the design of the hardware and software. The experiments show that the controller achieves a very good effect.
