验证汽轮机低压缸通流部分改造效益的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 首台 200MW汽轮机低压缸通流部分改造在白马发电厂 21号机组上实施成功。热工研究院采用目前国际上最高精度等级的 ASME PTC6汽轮机性能试验规程对其改造前、后的热力性能进行验证试验。试验结果表明改造后机组热耗率降低,低压缸效率提高。同时还由此探讨了两种验证试验方法(ASME PTC6和 ASMEPTC6.1规程)的特点和适用条件。对某一制造厂的首台或第二台低压缸改造的试点机组宜采用前者进行验证,而当该改造技术推广后可采用后者进行验证。 The first modification of 200MW turbine LP part flow path has been successfully conducted on NQ21 unit in Baima Power plant. TPRI carried out the verification tests before and after the modification in accordance with ASME PTC6. The results show that after the modification the specific heat consumption has been reduced and effectiveness of LP furbine arised. Meanwhile the adoption condition of two test methods (ASME PTC6 and ASME PTC 1. 6) has been studied. It is consid- ered that for the first or the second LP turbine modification made by a turbine works it is rational to use the ASME PTC6, and the A SME PTC1. 6 can be used for the modification with proved technologies.
