燃煤直流炉差压与给水自动调节系统的研究及改进

摘要 以秦岭发电厂2号直流炉差压自动和给水自动为研究对象,根据现场运行特点,在综合考虑了差压、给水两套自动调节系统相互关联、相互影响的前提下,将两套自动视为一个完整的给水自动调节系统,设计出采用新型选择控制,实现甲、乙两管两套系统自动软切换的差压自动调节系统。并在1号炉给水自动的基础上,引入烟气含氧量作为间接煤量信号,设计出以中间点焓值为校正信号、以给水跟热负荷、以烟气含氧量为前馈信号的给水自动调节系统。两套自动调节系统的联调与投运,大大改善了直流炉给水系统的整体调节品质,提高了机组安全、经济运行的水平。 A study on the autoregulation systems of feedwater and differential pressure was made for NQ2 boiler in Qinling powerplant. Taking the two systems as one complete feedwater autoregulation system with full consideration of the correlationand interaction between the two regulation systems,a new boiler differential pressure regulation system has been designedwith selective control to automatically switch over between two feedwater pipes by means of software. And based on theregulation system of NQ1 boiler,a boiler feedwater regulation system is so designed that the flue gas oxygen content is usedas direct fuel and feed-forward signal and the steam enthalpy as the correction signal,so the feedwater will be varied following the heat load change.
