血浆血管性血友病因子和可溶性细胞间黏附分子在心肺脑复苏后脑复苏预后评估价值研究

A study on the prognosis of cerebral resuscitation of CPCR with the von willberand factor and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1

目的探讨血浆血管性血友病因子(vWF)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子(sICAM-1)在心肺脑复苏后脑复苏预后评估价值。方法所有心肺脑复苏病人均在复苏后24 h内抽静脉血测定vWF和sICAM-1,再根据临床脑复苏结果分为清醒组、植物状态组、脑死亡组三组进行结果比较。结果vWF和sICAM-1在植物状态组、脑死亡组与清醒组相比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义。结论早期测定vWF和sICAM-1水平对心肺脑复苏后脑复苏预后评估有一定意义。

Objective To investigation the clinical effect of von willberand factor and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in prognosis of cerebral resuscitation with CPCR.Metbods All patients of CPCR would be determine the vWF and sICAM-1 at 24 hours after resuscitation.The patients were divided into sober group,vegetative state group and braindead group with the outcome of resuscitation.Results After treatment, there existed a significant difference between the vegetative state group and brain-dead group with the sober group.The level of vWF and sICAM-1 in vegetative state group and brain-dead group was significant higher than that in sober group.Conclusion To determined the level of vWF and sICAM-1 in early may evaluate the prognosis of cerebral resuscitation of CPCR.
