中医糖尿病健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生命质量和血糖控制情况的影响

The impact of diabetes health education on Chinese medicine in type 2 diabetes patients with quality of life and glucose control

目的观察中医糖尿病健康教育对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制和生命质量的影响。方法对2型糖尿病患者进行为期6个月的中医糖尿病健康教育,教育前后采用自制中医糖尿病知识测定量表调查,并分别控制空腹血糖,餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白。结果健康教育6个月后,患者的中医糖尿病知识掌握程度、糖尿病控制状况评价、生活质量评分及血糖控制情况均有明显改善。结论中医糖尿病健康教育对改善糖尿病患者的疾病控制、生活质量、糖代谢情况起到一定的作用。

Objective Observation the impact of TCM health education on diabetes in diabetes patients blood glucose control and quality of life. Method In type 2 diabetic patients with a period of 6 months of traditional Chinese medicine diabetes health education, medicine diabetes knowledge before and after the self-determination scale, control the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose. Results Health Education 6 months later, the patient＇s diabetes knowledge showed significant improvement;Conclusion TCM diabetes health education in improving disease control in patients with diabetes, quality of life,sugar metabolism play a role.
