摘要
永磁起动机机壳长度比磁极长度大得多,且轭部磁路非常饱和。实践证明:用机壳实际长度进行磁路计算,带来较大误差。为解决这一问题,本文提出了机壳有效长度的新概念,并利用电磁场数值计算方法对机壳有效长度进行了分析,给出了机壳有效长度的确定方法及相应的修正系数曲线,计算结果和试验结果的对比充分证明了本文工作的有效性和正确性。
In permanent magnet starter motor, the length of housing is greater than that of the magnetic pole, and the stator yoke is highly saturated. It has been testified that it should result in greater error to calculate magnetic circuit with the actual length of the housing. To overcome this problem, a new concept, the effective length of the housing, is put forward in this paper. As a result of analyzeing by FEM, the determination method of effective length of housing and the corresponding modulation coeffcient curves are given out. The validity and correctness are testified by the comparison of calculation results and test results.
