低压交流接触器新型结构的研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文在分析低压交流接触器不同结构的基础上,改进了接触器触头结构和灭弧栅片结构,通过有关试验和计算,比较了新结构与原有结构在承载电流、电弧运动和灭弧能力等方面的性能,表明新型结构较原有结构的性能有很大的提高。 Based on the analysis of the influence of different structures on their performance of AC low voltage contactors, some innovations are introduced in the paper, including the structures of contacts and arc quenching chamber. Comparison between the conventional structure and the new one through calculations and experiments has been made in the abilities of current flowing, arc movement and arc quenching, which shows a great improvement in the performance of the new structures.
