膜-序批式生物反应器中膜的污染与清洗

摘要 采用中空纤维膜-序批式生物反应器处理实际洗浴污水,考察了膜污染特征及清洗情况。通过对清洗前后膜组件表观观测、电镜观察,发现膜-序批式生物反应器中可逆污染为主要部分,且随运行时间增长,可逆污染的主导地位有加大趋势;物理清洗可以有效去除膜表面淤积的污泥及颗粒沉积物,膜过滤总阻力由初始膜阻力的265.22%降低至初始时的142.39%;用5‰NaClO和5‰H2SO4溶液进一步浸洗膜组件,可使膜过滤性能得到全面恢复,膜过滤总阻力恢复到接近初始状态。 Hollow Fiber Membrane-Sequencing Bioreactor (HF-MSBR) was used to treat bathing wastewater. It investigated on the characteristics of membrane fouling and its cleaning. Observation of membrane fouling and testing of membrane cleaning showed that reversible fouling was a major part of the membrane fouling in the membrane-sequencing bioreactor, the ratio of the reversible fouling increased in the operation cycle. Physical clean could effectively remove the membrane surface sediment deposition and granular sludge, total resistance in membrane filtration membrane resistance by the initial 265.22% down to the initial 142.39%, 5%0 NaCIO and 5%0 H2SO4 solution dip membrane module could make the membrane filtration properties fully recovered, the total resistance in membrane filtration was close to the initial state.
