丹参多酚酸盐注射液对血瘀型充血性心力衰竭中医证侯及心功能的影响

目的采用随机、单盲、对照方法,开展丹参多酚酸盐注射液治疗气虚血瘀型充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床研究。方法45例中医辨证为气虚血瘀型CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组24例,对照组21例,治疗组静滴丹参多酚酸盐注射液(200mg/次,qd),对照组仅给予与治疗组相同的西药治疗,疗程为2w,观察两组患者的中医证侯及心功能分级等指标。结果丹参多酚酸盐注射液的中医证侯总有效率为92.1%,证侯积分下降,心衰积分降低,心功能疗效总有效率为92.1%,以上指标与对照组比较有统计学意义。结论丹参多酚酸盐可降低心脏耗氧量,具有显著的抗心肌缺血作用。
