摘要
目的探讨利用体外定位器,精确定位四肢骨折内固定物的位置,联合套筒式组织导向分离器微创小切口取出内固定钢板和螺钉。方法2005年~2007年,对46例行四肢骨折钢板螺钉内固定物取出手术的病人,应用体外定位器定位,应用套筒式组织导向分离器微创小切口取出内固定物。结果全部病例术后随访时间3个月~12个月,平均6个月。46例病人切口Ⅰ期愈合,无1例发生骨感染、周围神经及大血管损伤、再骨折,邻近关节功能良好。结论体外定位器联合套筒式组织导向分离器在四肢内固定物取出手术中均可应用,可数字化确定内固定物位置并进行微创手术,该方法简单易行,定位准确、快捷,对医护人员无放射线辐射,手术创伤小,恢复快,是一种较为理想的方法。

Conclusion Loeator in vitro co-organized guide sleeve type separator in the extremities internal fixation surgery can remove the application, can be digitized to determine location within the implant and minimally invasive surgery, the method is simple, accurate positioning, fast, health care officer is not radiological radiation, surgical trauma, quick recovery, is an ideal approach.
