青少年心理健康的社区支持运行机制研究——以苏州市M社区为例

Research on Operation Mechanism of Community Support for Adolescent Mental Health——A Case Study of M Community in Suzhou City

社区是青少年生活成长的居住地。他们的心理危机、心理问题,最好的解决途径就是通过社区的心理服务机构来干预。苏州市M社区在社区初步建立了以政府为主导,社区、专业服务机构及志愿者群体共同参与的社区支持组织机制。社区探索多元化的社区支持工作方式,保证了青少年心理健康支持有效果。社区通过整合物质资源、组织资源及人力资源,为社区支持的持续开展提供了保障。

Since a community is the place where adolescents grow up, the most problem -solving approach to adolescent mental crisis and problems is mental intervention on the part of mental service departments in communities. Community 3upport organization mechanism has been established in M Community in Suzhou City, in which, the government plays a leading role, and which involves integrates community, specialty service organizations and volunteers. This community has explored a multi -community support mode which is able to guarantee an effective support for adolescents in dealing with mental problems. Thus, it is a usful method to provide community support for the adolescents by integrating material resources, organization resources and human resources.
