农村家庭养老危机原因探析——以江苏省北部旺村为例

Causes of Crisis of Family Support for the Aged in Rural Areas——Based on the Study of Wang Village in Northern Jiangsu Province

目前,农村家庭养老的功能在不断弱化,农村家庭养老面临危机。其危机的背后是村庄内生基础的破坏,把农村家庭养老问题放在村庄内生基础的框架下进行研究,可以探究农村家庭养老出现危机的根源。居住状况和代际支持状况是认识农村家庭养老问题的两个重要方面。通过对村庄家庭养老问题的个案描述,可以概括出农村家庭养老出现危机的原因主要有:个人利益观的增长,父母恩情的世俗化,村庄舆论的失效,乡村行政组织的缺位和新型生育文化的影响。

Currently, family support for the aged in rural areas has been hit by crisis and its function has been constantly declining. The crisis results from the undermining intrinsic foundation in rural areas. Analyzed from this perspective, the root of this crisis can be identified. Two contributing factors are responsible for this issue, namely, living conditions and support for the aged from their offspring. Based on the case study of family support for the aged in rural areas, causes of this crisis can be summarized as ： growth of individual rights, secularization of parental love, inefficiency of public opinions, vacancy of administrative organizations in rural areas, together with influence of new fertility culture.
