Since college teachers play a principal part at colleges, their thoughts, morals, culture, teaching and research abilities are directly related to college development. In this case, it is necessary to handle teachers＇ ideological and political problems effectively, take care of teachers＇ mental health and address their practical issues with a view to taking advantage of teachers＇ strong points for a harmonious campus.
