摘要
当前我国本科生教育尤其是应用型本科院校教育普遍存在创新意识和创新能力严重不足等突出问题。提高人才培养质量,优化人才培养模式,合理构建专业人才培养体系显得十分迫切。应用型本科院校金属材料工程专业必须以适应企业需要的现代工程为大前提,从培养材料行业生产一线的工程应用型本科人才出发,构建一个合理、科学、有效的应用型工程人才培养体系。同时,要深化教学改革,真正培养出一大批适应形势发展的创新型人才。
Nowadays, college education in China, particularly those at application - oriented colleges, is wrestling with the problem of lack of innovative consciousness and creative abilities. Thus, it becomes increasingly urgent to enhance talents' qualities, improve talent cultivation mode and establish a scientific system of cultivating specialty talents. Specialty of metallic materials engineering at application - oriented colleges should focus on fostering students' abilities to adapt to enterprises' de- mands, and train applied engineering talents who can work in the real situation in this area. Thus, a reasonable, scientific and efficient system of training applied engineering talents is established. In addition, a vast number of innovative talents who can handle new situation competently can be cultivated through teaching reform.
