500kV 兰双输变电设备事故对策

Countermeasures Adopted to Combat the Faults of 500 kV Transmission Equipment from Lanting to Shuanglong

摘要 着重研究了500kV兰双输变电设备事故后确保安全供电的对策,研究内容为:兰双5407线正常输送潮流水平以及多种因素对其的影响程度;在多种运行方式下(包括南北通道5线“N—1”检修,500kV兰双输变电设备故障后,220kV电网南北通道各线路的潮流分布和线路重过载情况以及各地区电压变化情况);对切除220kV牌头变或云山变负荷、浙南水电开机和拉限浙南各地区负荷等几种事故后的处理对策进行效果分析。提出装设安全自动装置的推荐方案。 The research of the countermeasures for the power supply safely after the fault of 500 kV transmission and transformation equipment from Lanting to Shuanglong is studied, which includes: the normal power flow of line 5 407 and the effects of many factors; the power flows of 220 kV north south lines and their overloads and the voltage variations in south Zhejiang grid under different operating modes(including the “N-1” overhaul mode of 5 north south lines) after the fault of 500 kV equipnment; the effect analysis of some countermeasures such as the load of 220 kV Paitou and Yunshan substations be cut off, the hydropower units be run in south Zhejiang and the local load be limited in south Zhejiang; and the recommended plan of equipping a power system security control equiment.
